Where are you located?
I’m based in New York City, and I offer sessions online. If you’re in New York or Connecticut, we can work together virtually for therapy sessions.
I can work with clients from any location for coaching sessions.
What platform do you use for video therapy?

How do I schedule a session?
What are your hours?
Generally, I see clients between 9:00 am – 7:00 pm, Monday – Friday, with some availability on Saturday.
I am flexible and willing to move sessions up based on need.
What’s your cancellation policy?
There is a 24-hour cancellation fee, but not if we can reschedule within the week.
Emergencies are exempt. Life happens.

What modalities do you use?
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic and existential, primarily. The degree to which I rely on each is based on individual clients.

What is your training and experience?
I graduated with my master’s degree from NYU to become a therapist. During undergrad, I studied Forensic Psychology at John Jay College in Manhattan.
I’ve worked all around the five boroughs at mental health clinics before becoming a private practitioner. I have ten years of experience.
