FAQ

Where are you located?

I’m based in New York City, and I offer sessions online. If you’re in New York or Connecticut, we can work together virtually for therapy sessions.

I can work with clients from any location for coaching sessions.

What platform do you use for video therapy?
I use Zoom and Google Meets for online therapy.
What about phone sessions?
Yes, I offer phone sessions!
How do I schedule a session?
Simply reach out! You may call, text, email, or fill out the contact form. All contact info is shown in the footer.
What are your hours?

Generally, I see clients between 9:00 am – 7:00 pm, Monday – Friday, with some availability on Saturday.

I am flexible and willing to move sessions up based on need.

What’s your cancellation policy?

There is a 24-hour cancellation fee, but not if we can reschedule within the week.

Emergencies are exempt. Life happens.

What age group do you work with?
Ages 17 and over.
Do you work with couples?
Yes!
Do you offer homework between sessions?
Not if you despise it. Otherwise, we can set goals for between sessions (small and achievable is the secret recipe).
What modalities do you use?

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic and existential, primarily. The degree to which I rely on each is based on individual clients.

What is your training and experience?

I graduated with my master’s degree from NYU to become a therapist. During undergrad, I studied Forensic Psychology at John Jay College in Manhattan.

I’ve worked all around the five boroughs at mental health clinics before becoming a private practitioner. I have ten years of experience.

What do you do in your free time?
I’m a walker and love finding hidden gems in Brooklyn (especially food).
What are your passions?
So many: food, working out, football, finance, philosophy, nature, poetry, history, debate, humor, animals, family, and friends!
